Can I eat or drink with my retainers in?
Eating and drinking anything besides water can stain and even break your retainer. That’s why it is recommended to remove your retainer before eating and drinking.

My retainers feel uncomfortable. Will I get used to them?
You may feel some discomfort initially, but it will fade in a few days. Consult your dentist if the discomfort persists.

How long do I need to wear my retainers?
It depends on the case and your orthodontist’s recommendation. Initially, you might have to wear your retainers full-time. However, your dentist may suggest nighttime wear after 6 - 12 months.
